Get up early (c'mon, you can do that). What's the first thing you reach for in the morning?  Is it your cup of coffee or green tea or is it your daily dose of STRESS!? If you are like a lot today's Benefit Professionals, it's STRESS! Chase will guide us gently through stress-releasing meditation.  There is no better way to help the employees you are responsible for than to demonstrate what you say.  You will glide away feeling ridiculously relaxed and ready to take on the day.
