DO MILLENNIALS THINK DIFFERENTLY ABOUT BENEFITS?

Vlad Gyster, Founder and CEO, AIRBO
Janet McNichol, Human Resources Director, AMERICAN SPEECH-LANGUAGE-HEARING ASSOCIATION

Millennials are now the largest generation in the U.S. workforce. They think of benefits at work beyond the traditional income-protection benefits like medical, disability, and life insurance. They demand work/life balance, meaningful work, training and development, flexible work schedules, and fun perks. And because they’re tech-savvy, socially conscious, and eager to learn, employers have to provide different benefits in a different way. This session will focus on how to preserve the status quo for those resistant to change while rocking the benefits landscape for the Millennial Generation.
