Diana Nyad, Record-Holding Swimmer

Sponsored By:

In the pitch-black night, stung by jellyfish, choking on salt water, singing to herself, hallucinating, Diana Nyad just kept on swimming. And that's how she finally achieved her lifetime goal as an athlete: an extreme 100-mile swim from Cuba to Florida — at age 64.  During the 53 hours it took to make the trip, where does the mind focus? On the pain, the exhaustion, the four previous failed attempts?  For Diana it was an opportunity to examine her life and think about the extraordinary experiences and people she has met which enabled her to achieve a lifelong dream. Hear her story, and how it relates to the challenges you and your employees face every day. Prepare to be inspired.
