ACA and other federal and state compliance regulations have made the technical aspects of benefits plan design and implementation more difficult.  It has also made financial analysis a critical aspect for decision-making.  It is essential to generate an accurate budgetary forecast for decision-making, analysis of business and employee financial criteria.  This session is designed to give HR professionals an understanding of the factors that must be considered in developing a budgetary analysis like understanding of corporate financial factors to consider, how to avoid or minimize the impact of the ACA Employer Mandate 4980H (a) & (b) and  the importance of understanding employee considerations in benefit selection.
