DIGITAL INNOVATIONS IN CONSUMER DIRECTED BENEFITS

Panelists: Jody Dietel, Chief Compliance Officer, WAGEWORKS, INC.

The increased use of online tools, social media and mobile applications is rapidly changing the landscape of consumers' interaction with their benefits programs. This session will provide case studies of evolving trends and current best practices for engaging participants and helping them easily access and manage their consumer-directed benefits. The days are clearly numbered for participants managing their consumer-directed accounts by mail, fax and phone. Now, more are signing in online, submitting claims via mobile apps and sharing all of their thoughts via social media channels. We'll explore how best to leverage these opportunities and technologies to increase enrollment, retention and customer satisfaction - outcomes that will improve bottom line growth. Moreover, we'll present analysis on how employers and administrators can generate an increased ROI through adoption of emerging technologies.
