Health care reform forces many new requirements on employer health benefits. Some reforms will be minor, yet some will be game changing and will alter the benefits landscape. Employers must quickly examine the implications of health care reform along with other emerging legal and regulatory challenges. They are looking for user-friendly ways to incorporate all new regulations and stay on top of compliance and health care reform. This includes new technology and new resources that can simplify compliance obligations and take some of the worry out of health care reform.
