Presentation will show how web technology is used to gather individual employee attributes and transform the worksite enrollment experience into a personalized, interactive journey for employees using, among other things, rich-media and personalized communications containing information relevant to individual employees based on their attributes. (Studies show that the highest response rates across all industries, including insurance, are generated by personalized communications—and response rates improve by multiples when personalized communications contain relevant information based on an individual’s known attributes.)
